I made it home

I pushed Kind of hard the last couple of days. Needed to get home last night so I could go with the wife and kids to Victorville, Actually Hesparia, California for my wives, uncles birthday, family reunion. Well the problem is that I"m exhausted. So I decided to just take a day off, let the family go have a good time, and I can get some rest so I can go back to work tomorrow.

Ever feel like you are just working for the benefit of others. All I've done for years is work. The job I just left for this one, I left because I took a weeks vacation, and came home to a week and a half of honey dos. All those things I couldn't get to on my two to four days off a month. Now I'm at a new job. I run a truck out of Kingman, AZ. Usually to the greater Los Angeles area. Then usually go to Oxnard, CA. to pick up produce and take it back to Kingman. Then I have to empty out my truck and have an hour drive home. Well this trip went as usual, but then I had to run up to Salinas CA. which is an extra 500 miles. Which is good, being I'm paid by the mile. Bad that I had plans. But hopefully I'll make some good come out of this. I'm fixing to go out to the garage and see if the motorcycle will fire up. Think it's time to go for a ride.
